1. clutch disc slips, acceleration is not strong and power is reduced.

2. the clutch separation is not complete. The relationship between the pressure plate and the friction plate is interdependent. If there is a problem with the friction plate, the grinding of the pressure plate and even the wear of the flywheel will be accelerated.

3. the clutch noise is abnormal. When the clutch pedal is depressed lightly, the clutch makes a continuous "click, click, click" sound as soon as the inner face of the release bearing contacts the release lever.

4. clutch vibration: the whole vehicle vibrates when starting, especially when idling, shifting to a low gear and gradually lifting the clutch pedal to start, the vehicle has a continuous impact.

What should be considered when using the clutch disc?

1. carry out the towing of the vehicle beyond its own capabilities.

2. once the wheels get into ice, snow and mud, we must use the accelerator pedal accordingly. If there is no way to get out of trouble, do not step on the gas pedal. Since the clutch disc cannot withstand the high temperature caused by slippage, it may burn out during the 20 seconds of full throttle.

What could be the cause of clutch disc damage?

1. the engine has been started, but the key is not yet released: This operation is most damaging to the starting ring gear.

2. long starting causes high temperature of the starting gear: if the starting gear is damaged, the starting ring gear will be damaged directly.

3. burning of the clutch disc causes the spider to fall off: the combination of the spider and flywheel adopts the principle of heat expansion and cold contraction. However, high temperatures occur when the clutch burns out. At this time, the ring gear has thermal expansion and it is easy to fall off the flywheel.
